St. Andrew adopted our current mission statement in 2023. Like so many communities and organizations, COVID impacted our life together. As people return to pre-2020 rhythms and learn new rhythms, we knew we needed an updated mission statement that reflected our new reality.
One of the common refrains among our members is that people were so welcoming when they visited for the first time. Folks said hi, introduced themselves, invited them to join in fellowship, and offered assistance with any questions.
God has given St. Andrew a heart of welcome, and we do our best to live out God's gift. While we do it imperfectly, we always strive to do our best.
