We enter into Holy Week starting Palm Sunday (the Sunday before Easter), and continue through the Vigil of Easter (the night before Easter morning). While St. Andrew does not observe the Easter Vigil, we do observe Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. These worship services belong to ancient practice of The Great Three Days (Triduum in Latin), and are the three days of Holy Week which focus intensely on Christ’s passage from death to life.
On Easter Sunday, we gather to celebrate Christ's Resurrection.
We hope you will join us for these special worship services. To learn more, please click on the appropriate button below.

We are a congregation of the Metropolitan Chicago Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, (ELCA).
But the real story of St. Andrew is that we are people who gather together to be strengthened by the gift of God’s love in Jesus Christ, and who seek to embody that love in our ministry of service to all people.
Our desire is that you might feel at home with us. We stand ready to serve you in any way we can and we invite your partnership in our ministry.
Again, welcome in the name of Christ!
Mark your calendars for these great events coming up.
