We have received $48,350.00 in pledges for the parking lot.The Council has reviewed all written proposals for replacement of the parking lot and voted on the contractor Council would like to use for the project. In order to complete the hiring of a contractor, the Council is calling a special Congregational Meeting for Sunday, 8/24/25, (immediately following worship) for the limited purpose of authorizing a higher amount for  completion of the parking lot. The meeting is necessary because the cost for the parking lot is higher than the $60,000 authorized by the congregation at the annual meeting in January 2025. The vote requires a quorum of 50 people and it will be on ZOOM and a virtual presence counts toward the quorum.
